Important Disclaimers and Refund Policy
By using ITS24K.com (the "Platform"), you agree that you are solely responsible for all actions taken on or through the Platform.
Neither ITS24K.com nor its ownership shall be held liable under any circumstances for injuries, damages, losses, or incidents resulting
from the use of services offered through the Platform. This includes physical harm, property damage, service failures, or disputes with
vendors or third-party operators integrated within the experience.
Refunds must be requested in writing via a support ticket submitted through the official platform interface no less than FOURTEEN (14)
days before the scheduled date of service or experience. Any requests submitted later will be automatically denied. All approved
refunds will be issued in the form of non-cash, non-transferable PLATFORM CREDIT, which can be used for future services on the platform or gifted to another user through the ITS24K.com system.
There are no exceptions to these policies. The Platform does not provide cash refunds and shall not be compelled to mediate or enforce
vendor-specific refund decisions. Users agree to these terms upon using the site and waive any legal claim against ITS24K.com or its owners.
1. Introduction
Welcome to ITS24K.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, form a legally binding agreement. The Platform serves as a digital environment facilitating access to travel and private experience opportunities in New York City and the Dominican Republic. Continued use constitutes your acceptance.
2. Nature of Services
The Platform integrates experience-based offerings including luxury accommodations, curated events, and transportation. ITS24K does not execute services but maintains proprietary systems to connect users with opportunity and access. Execution of services is handled through partnered experience facilitators operating within the Platform's ecosystem.
3. Limitation of Liability
Users waive any and all rights to claim against the Platform or its owners in relation to physical, emotional, financial, or reputational damage resulting from use. All services are provided 'as is' and 'as available.' You agree not to hold ITS24K responsible for third-party behavior.
4. Data Collection and Ownership
All data, images, user interactions, and submissions become the exclusive property of the Platform upon submission. The Platform reserves full rights to publish, reuse, share, or monetize any data collected.
5. Refunds and Platform Credit Policy
Refunds require 14-day notice via the support system and will only be issued as platform credit, which cannot be exchanged for cash. Credit can be used on the site or gifted, and is final once issued.
6. Use of Vendors
Services may be fulfilled by parties working with or within the Platform's infrastructure. All vendor responsibility lies with those executing the service. ITS24K may assist but is not required to mediate complaints or issue refunds.
7. User Responsibilities
The user is solely responsible for their actions. All liability is assumed by the user. The Platform offers no guarantees and accepts no responsibility for user behavior or consequences of service interaction.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its ownership, partners, staff, and affiliates from any claim, including legal fees, arising from use or misuse of the Platform or violations of these terms.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed under the laws of New York and the Dominican Republic. All disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Santo Domingo or New York City, based on the nature of the claim.
10. Modifications
The Platform may update or revise these terms at any time without notice. Continued use after changes implies full acceptance of the revised terms.
